I was so surprised this honey has like the essence of matcha flavor. Never seen or tried anything like it and I love all things matcha. It's not super sweet. Such a perfect sweetner for matcha lattes!

Tastes amazing! Not overly sweet, but you can taste the hint of matcha. I used it on some coconut shrimp instead of sweet and sour sauce. It was delish!
Awesome honey and glad I can get it here in the states. The only downside of this store is they only have mactha honey available right now. Overall great tho
